Formed by James Hetfield and Lars Ulrich in the early 80s, Metallica became a significant figure in the world of thrash metal and had a significant influence on the development of heavy music. Their extensive discography includes more than ten studio albums, numerous live recordings and prestigious awards, including several Grammy Awards. The concert lineup is expected to span their impressive career, from thrash classics from Kill 'Em All and Ride the Lightning to epic hits from Master of Puppets and unforgettable ballads from the acclaimed Black Album, such as Nothing Else Matters and The Unforgiven.
The show will be the band's first ever concert in Bahrain and part of a larger Middle East presence later in 2025. Just three days after the Zallaq show, Metallica will perform at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix post-race concert on December 6.
